I’m finally - finally - beginning to really settle in and feel comfortable at my job. I started while the office was still under construction, and if all goes well I believe it’ll be completed this week, so I’ll have my own dedicated desk and workstation and such. It’s a big weight off my shoulders. Soon everything will just be routine!

‘Routine’ is kind of how I’d describe this game, too - pretty all right in all aspects. Not bad, just not out of the ordinary. For all I’ve been playing it yesterday and finishing it up today, I’d have thought I’d have more to say about it, but I kind of don’t. It was aight!

The art quality was kind of up and down across the sprites and the CGs - some are better than others - and I could say the same for the romance routes as well. Some clearly had far more attention paid to them. The game is split into four distinct chapters, and your time is split between romance and relationship building and army-maintaining and fight-surviving. It was interesting, but not groundbreaking.

Give it a shot if you happen to come across it, or find it in a sale, but don’t go running for it.

I’ve been in the mood to go back and replay games, especially since I can’t play the Sexy Brutale on my own. I went back and 100% cleared -

Some Wadjet Eye games have aged better than others, and this one isn’t precisely in that category. Still, after four years, I can mark it complete!

Next up: Let’s give this one a shot!

See you soon!
