Stone is done and dusted. It’s a pretty short walking sim where you play as a down and out koala bear. Honestly, the game was a buzzkill. However, there is an in game theater with like six full length old school movies/classic films including one of the Living Dead movies. That alone is worth the price of admission no matter how much of a drag the actual game was.

Donut County is also done and dusted. Took about two hours and was a genuine pleasure to play. I would highly recommend this one to everyone. Basically, you are a hole operator (donut delivery person) and through various scenarios, your hole must consume everything on screen (or in their individual sandboxes anyway)…and there is an actual story, and it is excellent. :)

Ah so cool you played Donut County! It looks so damn cute. So I hope that gets bundled soon or gets a bigger discount later this year. Do you have any favorite characters? If I remember correctly from a video, in the beginning there are characters talking around a campfire which I assume are important characters and present throughout the story/game? And what is it about it that makes you say you recommend it to everyone? (oh god, I sound like I’m interrogating - just curious is all)

Btw, is this the Stone game you are talking about? STONE
I actually wishlisted this before it was released, but then took it off after reading some reviews. Seeing ‘Mixed’ instantly makes me go 😳

There are really only two main characters and a bunch of supporting characters, who do all end up hanging out around that campfire. I liked both main characters equally…and it’s a game that is approachable for anyone and isn’t really too challenging while still being a ton of fun. Donut County that is.

…and yeah. That’s the one. Stone was definitely a miserable experience.
