LET´S GO MAY! (AIORI´S 1ST PLAN)
I´ve come with a plan for this month, now that I am more settled on the site I got some ideas to create my own plan to fight my backlog. Here it is:
1ST STEP: Finishing my 1st Challenge me
I will probably fail because I only beated 1 game, and completed another 1, of 5, and I will beat 2 more before the 15th, but I am not sure if I will have enough time to play the last one, but I will end it this month too, I am a man of honor xd.
I am still in quarantine, but I have a lot of pending work and some familiar issues, so time to play is less than in april.

2ND STEP: Monthly Theme: Think Local
I am from Galicia, the northwest region of Spain. On my country there are few videogames developed, and I only have 3 of them, so I take 1 to match the monthly theme, plus it is short and its based on a game that I played when I was a kid, with no much fortune, because I did not understand all the mechanics when I was younger. The study is 600 km away aprox. (I have 1 videogames study on my city, but I only have 1 game from them and I finished it some time ago).

3ND STEP: A long term game
I think that I will include 1 long term game this month, not to finish it on may, but it will be a fixure on my list until I finish it. In this case, it probably take me like 4 months, more or less, to complete (to beat, a few less). Plus I need some action from time to time xd.

4TH STEP: A Roguelike game
I like this kind of games, because you can play a run in few hours, or even minutes if you have bad luck, and you will unlock new things for your next run. I am follower of Dead Age since Early Acces, and I spent a lot of time in it, but I have some pending achievements, so I will try to unlock them. If I remember correctly they are achievable in 2 runs more.

LAST STEP: My favourite genres
My favourite game genres are the turn-based games (preferably RPG or strategy) and the fighting games, so I include 1 title of each. They are relatively short, so I will finish then eventually. If not this month, They will be finished on june.

AND THAT¨S ALL…for the moment. I will try not to buy new games,and if I buy some (my problem are the bundles xD), I will leave their keys deactivated until I finish some games, I am thinking in a ratio like if I finish 4 games I can activate 1 new . Wish me luck, it is the 1st time that I will focus in some specific games.

Some nice variety in your plan. I don’t normally make plans and just play what I feel like at the time, but setting out different games like you have lets you play different types of game depending on your mood. I often dip into Roguelike games when I don’t have much time because I’m so bad at them it’s normally only a few minutes each try.

A nice plan for the month, I hope you will be able to win! I don’t do such precise plans, I mainly focus on beating the games I have already started before, and try to play at least one game for the Monthly theme, and one from the PAGYWOSG event.
Thanks! I played a little Sexy Brutale and I like it for the moment. It remembers me the original of this remake (https://store.steampowered.com/app/474030/The_Abbey_of_Crime_Extensum/), which I played when I was a kid (Plus it is from my country too). I usually started the games that I want but in the 80% of the cases, or more, I went into other games and at the end I abandoned a lot…so I will try to conquer the plan. I want to complete all (100% achievements), but if I beat them, it will be a victory too. Greetings!

That is quite the elaborate plan. And a few very interesting games, like LiS Before the Storm or The Sexy Brutale. I’m also curious about Hard West, it looks good, but I don’t have the time to buy and play it. So got to rely on others to play it for me…Limiting your input of new games is also a good idea. I try to be very strict about that and it helps a lot with fighting the backlog. Good luck, you got this :)
I chose SpellForce, a game from my country, for the monthly theme which is very very long (HLTB ranges it from 60-140 hours, albeit with very few reported times), so that will probably keep me busy for most of the month. Maybe I’ll squeeze in a shorter game if I get bored, but otherwise I don’t have any plans for May.

SpellForce is an excellent choice, I´ve played 1 and 2 when I was younger and I have good memories about them. I don´t have the 3 yet, but in the future I will get it. Greetings!
