You know what is fun? Losing 2 hours of progress in Yakuza 0 because you apparently forgot to save… You know whats the worst minigame in history of minigames in video game? Disco dancing in Yakuza 0.

Yakuza 0 has a pretty nasty save bug which IIRC was never fixed. When you save, the game sometimes will fail to do so. Fortunately you can spot right away when the game fails to do so, just watch the lower right corner of the screen when you save and if you see “Save Completed”, it means it saved properly. If you don’t then it didn’t. Just save again when that happens.
Oh and if you come across the inventory corruption glitch, it’s only caused by a failed save, just save again and the inventory will fix itself. Just don’t do anything with the glitched items in the inventory, they may crash the game.

Fortunately it seems to be fixed in Kiwami 1 though… or at least I was lucky enough to never come across it. It has autosave too unlike Y0 so if anything happens, you don’t lose much.
oh thats good. I never save in games and ive been screwed over so many times yet I still never remember to do it so auto save is what i need

Sadly (or not so sadly) I know for a fact that for me it was not a bug this time. I am streaming the game so all that needed to be done is to look at the VOD on Twitch of my last stream to see my dumb ass quit the game without saving :(

Nope, I remembered that I saved the game but PV went back and checked the VOD and said I actually didn’t.
