30th Week of 2018 (+3 days) / Summary of Second Half of June and July
Significant events: Batch finished (sort of)! I’ve also wasted a shitton of time on MP games and also some on clickers which I’ve started playing again from time to time.
Finished:
Beat Hazard: Poor
Papers, Please - The Short Film: Outstanding (not a game but hey, it’s on Steam)
Dropped:
Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!!: Poor - I loved the first one but something’s so wrong with this one, I can’t even finish it :(
I will not rate Gothic and Gothic II: Gold Edition because I didn’t play them that much and dropped them because of horrible controls which I just can’t stand.
Played:
-
PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS
-
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
-
Trailer Park Boys: Greasy Money
-
Clicker Heroes
-
AdVenture Capitalist
-
Scream Collector
Next batch:
SG win: Thief™ Gold
Game gifted by friends: fault - milestone one
HB Monthly game: Poly Bridge
Other game I bought: Middle-earth™: Shadow of Mordor™
I will not rate Gothic and Gothic II: Gold Edition because I didn’t play them that much and dropped them because of horrible controls which I just can’t stand.
Somewhere in the depths of the internet ancient RPG evil stirs whenever someone can’t get used to Gothic controls. :D They make a LOT more sense once you realize keyboard is all you need.
Believe me, I’ve tried a lot since I really wanted to finish this game :/ the time on Steam for the Gothic is wrong as I’ve patched it using a guide but Steam wouldn’t count the hours that way :/
There is a… short film about Papers, Please? (Gotta watch this now)
I was hoping the controls get better in Gothic 2 :/ Many people recommended it to me and told me that I should skip 1 bc of the terrible controls but if you drop them both I guess they weren’t improved very much?
They were improved a bit but essentially the same. Idk, I just couldn’t get used to them and it was a chore for me, no pleasure playing it, unfortunately :(
