August 2017 Update

Finished: Serious Sam 2
Big fan of the SS series and this one was no different - absolutely loved the wacky story, environments, and cutscenes.

Finished: Red Faction Guerilla
Technically, this should be part of my September update, as I just finished it today, but I’m going to squeeze it in here anyway. This one was alright - the story and characters were weak and so was the majority of the gunplay. Yeah, the destruction is all cool and stuff, but it didn’t really catch my interest very much. It was also super annoying to have to drive to most places, as there are only one or two safehouses per sector. Regardless, I still had fun with it and it was nice to see environment, enemy, and vehicle variety instead of staying the same things throughout the whole game.
