Happy (late) Birthday! It’s cool to see so many different people on this website :D Personally, I’ve been loving Watch_Dogs. So much that I’m playing it on PC and on PS4 at the same time! I get my boyfriend to help me out with things I keep failing at though.
Thanks :)
Happy belated birthday! I remember back when I was younger, people over the age of 20 were mostly viewed as “too old to play games”, at least where I’m from. It’s really good to see how gaming has become more common and is now regarded as a hobby for people of all ages 👍
On another note, I’ve always wanted to give Watch Dogs a try. Been keeping an eye on the game, just waiting for the perfect discount or a great bundle :D Based on what I’ve seen and heard, there’s really a 50/50 chance that I would like/dislike it and I’m pretty curious about it.
Thanks. Maybe you could watch some WD gameplay on YouTube and see if that’s something you’d like to play. And I’ve seen it very cheap on mutiple occasions (got my copy for free during a Ubisoft promo a year or two ago).
Well shit. I was hoping they’d give it away as part of some promotion, wasn’t aware they did that. Looks like I will have to keep a closer eye on the game :D
I’m not really a fan of watching others play games, I think watching someone play a game isn’t the same as playing it myself. But you’re right, it can give me an idea about the general gameplay :)

Happy 40th! I wonder when the day will come that handheld gaming will be viewed as socially normal & acceptable as mobile gaming? I would hope that our generation would already be there, but perhaps it’ll take another generation or two to secure it?
The closest I’ve gotten to handheld gaming these past few years has been mobile gaming, but have been playing a couple more games that are cross platform between mobile and PC in terms of progress & general play, sometimes even with cross platform multiplayer.
Thanks. I guess parents buy handhelds to their kids because they’re too young to have phones (I know I do). And when adults use their phones, you usually can’t tell if they’re playing or doing something else. And to be honest, I feel handhelds from major brands are things of the past. What’s trendy now are Chinese emulator handhelds like the nifty LDK Game.
