I’m not sure if I’m missing a way to click for reviews or something, so I’ll just ask. How was Detention, and is it very jumpscary?
Yeah there are no reviews, it’s just to keep track of games I’ve beaten.
Detention is ok, didn’t stand out too much to me. A bit different from what I expected, I just thought the story would be more focused on specific events that occured under martial law in Taiwan, but it could have been set under pretty much any authoritarian regime (besides the cultural and religious references).
As for jumpscares, there are a couple ones but it’s not too bad, I hate jumpscares and I almost never play horror games so I believe most people would be ok.
Thanks for the review, that’s really good to read as I’m horrible with horror games (jumpscary ones) but this one looked interesting. I’ll keep an eye on it :)
