Finally took the time to play this, and I really enjoyed it. Lots of flashbacks to highschool hours spent reading Homestuck. While the fandom grew toxic, I always did really enjoy the webcomic itself. The animation in this is so smooth, and the puzzles aren’t too fetch-y and obnoxious. I really hope they continue working on it.
I’ve only recently heard stirrings about the second Act for this game—it’s more than a little frustrating how long this development has been (and how, as an original decently-high-tier backer, I have no idea whether I’ll be getting Act II or whether I’ll have to buy it) but I have to admit in playing the game, the work, time, effort, and love definitely shine.
