Great but short little RPG. The combat was fairly simple but the game more than made up for that with how charming it was! A really cozy game to play on Halloween (or the day after it, oops). Still need to play through the Grubbins DLC.
Out of the few Visual Novels I’ve played/finished this is hands-down my favourite so far! Great story with multiple protags, twists and turns and a great sense of humour. The only negative was how clunky the interface controls were, not intuitive at all. Looking to get the rest of the achievements somewhere next year.
Got in the mood to play some Star Wars games after watching the first 2 episodes of The Mandalorian and remembered that I had this game. I was only familiar with the original Battlefront since I played a shit ton of that back at a friends house, so this was all new to me!
Visually stunning but I felt the gameplay was a little lacking in variety. It’s kind of Hotline Miami-like but you don’t have as a many options to tackle a level. You could punch enemies or use them as human meat shields and throw them at enemies. Not as great as I hoped but still a solid experience if you get it in a sale.
After really enjoying Transformed earlier this year I had somewhat high hopes for this game. Sadly it just didn’t even come close to the greatness of Transformed. Track and song variety was poor, they blended together most of the time and only covered a handful of SEGA franchises. I also felt that the tracks were very uninspired and didn’t do anything exciting. Overall it just felt like your run-of-the-mill Mario Kart clone. Shame.
An abandoned Early Acces game that broke somewhere in one of the last levels (I think? Doesn’t really show you which level you’re at). Kinda counting this one as beaten as I don’t want to play through this game all over again, just to play a shitty puzzle platformer. A save system would’ve helped.
Loved Costume Quest! Costume Quest was great, too!
I’m probably going to buy the sequel somewhere next year, I’m really looking forward to it
