To be honest I really liked the game’s artwork, music and story but not the actual gameplay. I don’t really play these kind of deck builder games so that may be one of the reasons I haven’t enjoyed as much. It really annoyed me that I cannot control which cards will I play out of my hand, yes technically I can decide which cards will get in my bag, but not in my hand…

Yeah a lot of luck in card type games. I wish it showed it a bit more in the trailers they show just you attacking a lot of enemies but I’d love to see how the cards work before buying!

SharkY

Exactly! I was pumped up too when I saw the trailer, and after that a bit disappointed in the actual game… Maybe some time later I’ll give one more shot :-D

I still did not claim this from the humble choice, and I don’t read very good things about this game, so I may never do… :_(. I really dislike card games anyway, or RNGesus.

I tried to understand something from your review, with no success, sorry :_(. Even when I visited Hungary I could not understand a single word, does hungarian relate to any other european language? Beautiful country anyway, and way kinder people than my actual residence :D

SharkY

Yes, if you aren’t into these kind of games, I wouldn’t recommend picking it up. I have never played any game from this genre before, so I said to myself, let’s try it out! Well, it won’t be my new favorite genre xD !
Oh, I really really appreciate that you visited my review, you are so sweet :) !! To be honest, no, most linguist say that Hungarian is part of Finno-Ugric languages, but I don’t really think… Have you been to my country ? That is so nice!! Which cities have you visited? Maybe our capital, Budapest? It is a really beautiful country, but in my experience people aren’t that kind xD But of course, that depends where you live :)

You can try coming here to Czech republic. Today I was walking outside with my wife and when I started speaking my native language people went across the street. And I am close to them in physical appearence, tall and blond, I don’t even want to know the experience for people from other races. One grows accustomed, but of every country I’ve visited/lived, this one is the worse by far with people. They are good hearted, but very close minded and quite xenophobic until they get to know you.

To answer you, I’ve been to Budapest several times, and I visited lake Balaton area. Both are amazing places to visit. I was going to make a car trip to eastern Hungary and Romania last year for summer, but Covid happened, so I postponed it until we can safely travel again…

SharkY

Oh, that is really sad to hear! Czech Republic is on my go-to list for sure, you also have amazing places to visit :)
In my honest opinion I hate Budapest, it is too crowded for me! But the Balaton area is really good, especially the northern area ! If by any chance you get back here after Covid, check out Pécs, it is the “centre of culture” :) !
