Update 63: Last week of July
July has not been good for my backlog, with the steam sale and my birthday in the same month. Fingers crossed August will be better.
The art is really nice, gameplay is smooth though I am not a fan of the safe system. Have to hide somewhere to be able to save, and finding stuff is difficult since there are no proper guides and you run around a lot.
The hiding spots are not really rare, the problem is that the rat guards will chase you the second they see you and you cannot hide as long as they see you. means you run frantically around trying to loose them and of course run into more guards. Until you finally know your map well enough to find all the hiding spots and know where to go when you are chased.
Another thing I did not really like were the collectibles, game had too many for my likeing. And there are no good guides for them, especially because some of them changed location several times depending on the version of the game.
And I wasn't the biggest fan of the ending. But I won't spoil that here.

Just for fun:
Did you include the review for Rise of Tomb Raider or was something goofed up with the code?
Dammit I did. And it was a rather long one. argh
I really liked it. Was a lot of fun, though I was not the greatest fan of the backtracking that was required to get some of the achievements. It’s more action filled than the originals. If you liked the precious one you will like this one too.
