Say, did we talk about me having more than 50% games completed? I don’t think we have! But man I’m very proud the number finally crawled up ne percentage! I think it’s looking rather good. Even though my gaming is atm somehow slower than I’m used to it, but that’s ok. At this point in the year… I decided to not repeat my goal next year. While 8 to 9 games per month are nice to achieve, it’s also a lot of stress somehow. I do know there are ppl who play waaaaaaaay more than I do and that’s fine. I also know there are ppl who play way less and that’s also fine. I just think next year… I’ll try to be more chill. Maybe I can go back to big games without a guilty conscience. It’s rather stressful knowing there are 8 games to be beat, while all I do is play one game rly. So yeah. Next year is the big chance for big games – I might just fail at that, but never mind :D
Cat Story ahead!
Cats. Let’s see. Oh right. So I rarely have cat in my bed to sleep with me. The other night Tizio decided to laze around and fall asleep. The light was out and all that, so yeah, he total tried sleeping with me. Appearance of the antagonist. He started out with scratching at the mattress. So I tried helping him into the cat tree. Which was unsuccessful. So he walked over to Tizio and here I thought he’d start grooming him or something. Instead he started a fight. Right there, in my bed, with a sleeping cat! What. A. Monster! So Tizio jumped out and tried to get away but Ameno wasn’t having it. So I stepped in, picked him up kicked him out gently removed him from my bedroom and closed the door. Maybe five minutes later – yeah, I always have the most peaceful night with him… - he came scratching at the door and when I opened it, he entered very humble and quiet and jumped right into the cattree and went to sleep. He’s such a Diva!

So you’re here with 51% completed games while I’m still trying to simply beat half of my games xD Congrats on the achievements, you are quite the hunter indeed! Sticking to your rule of beating 8 games a month is insane as well. I barely manage a game a month sometime haha.

Which is a hassle. I could beat soooooo much more if I didn’t care. Which I try to not always do. Some games… still… yeah, nope, not gonna happen - like the Batman game, that will not be 100% I just know it. Have not completed a single Batman and I will not do it (apart from the TT Batman :D ).
And yeah, the 8 games rule… is nuts. I agree. But a lesson to be learned. Don’t make such a rule, while you have other hobbies working out for you. I had years where I really only played games tbh. It would have worked out easily (if I hadn’t played WoW at the time cough), but atm I have so many other things going on… Still I guess I have too much time on my hands. For games and writing and reading and everything. So don’t feel bad for finishing a game per month. As long as you enjoy it, that’s all that matters <3
I do indeed love my Hitman. I’d even have him as portrait… but Garrett is slightly cooler as Avatar <3
(Btw I’m almost done with Bangkok. So “only” two locations left. The rate I’m playing it right now… maybe… I will even finish it… this month? MAYBE? scream)
Pfft you won’t have time finishing it with us coming over to visit 😜
But yeah 8 games a month is a lot, maybe do one long one (HLTB 40+) every other month next year and on the other months 4 short ones (under 10h). Should give you enough time to mix it up a bit and not feeling guilty for playing long games.
Yeah, I guess maybe not. Plus I’m a bit in panic mode here and gotta clean stuff. At least a bit :scream:
