August 2019 - the revenge of backlog
Well… In the beginning of the month everything was going smoothly . And then I bought No man’s sky… Let me just say that my progress in gaming slowed down a bit… Beside that I bought two bundles, so here I am, drowning in my backlog again. A bit of redemption - I finished two games I abandoned years ago, and none of them was as bad as I thought. Thank you, Monthly Challenge.
But now I’m starting a new month! By buing Dying Light… When will I learn?….
Best game of the month: One Finger Death Punch 2 - but to be honest mostly because competition wasn’t so great.
My personal monthly challenge: The current monthly is not for me, cause I normally don’t buy DLC for game I’ve already finished, so my personal goal is - “non-steam games”. I have too many games on GOG, Uplay, not to mentions free games from Epic…

Ah yeah, NMS really looks great after all the constant updating. I sure would sink a lot of time into it too…that’s why I never bought it. Good luck with the shorter games you bought as well :)
How did you like Knight of Pen and Paper ?
Very nice concept, too much grind. I had good time but I was happy when it was over. I finished it without pain mostly because I was watching you tube during grind.
I think I got bored with NMS. After 50 hours, so it was good purchase. I’m leaving it on my desktop, just to fly for relax from time to time. Also, another great game for playing during you tube watching - a lot of grinding and collecting resources.
