September update v0.42

This update is going to be a little bit different since we are only 3 days into September and I haven’t actually done any really progress on my backlog, but I have done quite a few things that are going to allow me to spend more time beating my backlog next week.

✓ Cleaned up PC, cable management redone, bad stick of RAM replaced
✓ Overwatch weekly arcade boxes done, competitive placement matches done - ranked master (3701 SR) \o/
✓ Euro Truck Simulator 2 France event
✓ Killing Floor weekly
✓ Pixel Puzzles Ultimate Monthly challenge
✓ 1 more star towards the CS:GO operation coin

I am firstly going to finish World of Goo, since it is a PA game. Next up I am going to 100% Solstice and then Skyborn since they are part of Challenge me. Once all that is done it is time from the “play a game you won on Steamgifts” challeange: Bye-Bye, Wacky Planet, Spec Ops: The Line, Broken Age, Metrico+, Insane 2. If I complete everything, which I probably won’t, then I will go back to my ABC challenge.

What are the killing floor weekly and pixel puzzle things?

Good luck on your week’s plan!

MouseWithBeer

Killing Floor weekly: there is a challenge every week where you have to complete a game on a certain difficulty with some modification (I cant think of a better word to describe it) - for example this week everyone had a way bigger head, other examples would be that the enemies become smaller as they take damage, enemies become stronger if they damage you, all of the enemies are of a certain type, … If you finish it you get a cosmetic item for it.

Pixel Puzzles Ultimate Monthly challenge: It is a special puzzle released every month (and you have a month to complete it) that is way harder than the normal ones either because of the image itself (very similar color, repeating patterns) or just due to the shape and quantity of the pieces. For example this month it was an +800 piece puzzle of a peacock where you could not tell if a piece was an edge piece or not because there were random pieces with straight edges throughout the puzzle.
