I can count my ABC's \o/ I started work on my plan and kinda finished with the first 3
ALRIGHT starting off THIS WAS JUST AS GOOD AS I EXPECTED IT WOULD BE.
I like the dedalic games and this was rlly cute.
However some of the so called "puzzles" were idiocratic and impossible to figure out without busting out the walkthrough. Its a problem that plagues the whole point and click genre but I've had better luck with other dedalic games (I played through deponia and memoria without using a walkthrough much at all).

This was the second attack I attempted and actually the most happy I did.
Its been 2 years since I started bastion and finally being able to uninstall it/shelve it felt really good.
I found it really hard to get into but once I pushed through I had a pretty fun day.
My only problem is that after finishing I rushed straight to the final boss,
(finished the game with 20 000p) and now I'm super annoyed I didn't get a couple of the easy cheevos first. I could have easily gotten the "get the first upgrade of each type of weapon" easily for one.

My third and final entry was crypt of the necromancer.
I'm never sure when to consider rouguelikes beaten-for the most part I consider them endless even if the have a final boss. especially as as far as I'm aware (despite liking them) I'm absolutely abysmal at them. and don't think I could ever reach the end of a run.
I guess there are two reasons this entry looks so weak-one is how incredibly hard the cheevos are
I can't see myself getting anything DLC related
but even the non DLC cheevos are unachivable as far as I'm concerned.
my other problem was the fact that every time I tried to exit it froze my computer. I'm talking both alt tab and trying to use the menu. and by freze I mean messed up such that I can't use Ctrl + Shift + Esc to fix (or Ctrl + Alt + Del). it was getting to the point where I had to force shut down by holding the power button every time I wanted to quit. so idk.

I really should play Anna’s Quest one day :) It looks really entertaining.
I played through deponia and memoria without using a walkthrough much at all.
Wow you’re amazing! I finished the first Deponia and looked at a guide only once however the other games in the series were impossible for me. I also found Memoria quite complicated while Chains of Satinav was much simpler for me.
I said not much at all and bye that I mean the first deponia was really well made and all the puzzles were pretty intuitive and so was the second-think I checked once during the third one but the last one had to check 3-4 times…I was playing them with my younger siblings if that helps :3
So we were all able to make up for each other’s failings/one of us would figure it out
Also may have meant satin av cause I’ve played through both and found on easier but can never remember which one it was >_<
I already know which game you are going to play when you get to Q… :-)

Yeah that’s the one. Most people have to do Q.U.B.E. as there’s not many that start with q, and I checked your game list and confirmed it’s the only one you currently own.

Most achievements for Crypt of the NecroDancer are hard! But the DLC came out not very long ago, so it’s not weird the DLC-related ones are rare.

Oh it’s not uncommon for the DLC to have less people but this is the first time I’ve seen so many 0s :p

Interesting, I thought that the puzzles were quite doable, the only one that was really difficult was the one with the piano imo, but I guess everyone has with different puzzles problems. Which puzzles did you found impossible?
I know I’m using the wrong name cause I’m not just referring to the physical puzzles (the piano yes asfk the piano) but stuff like finding Reynard because he was the beast or realizing I had to talk to someone I had already exausted all dialogs with because another option had opened up…it wasn’t always the best at giving you clues so personally I ended up feeling like I had to “combine everything with everything else” to have gotten it.
It wasn't as bad as the wispered world at doing it but I still felt like I'd rather just forgo the satisfaction and check the walkthrough >_<
Would you mind if I tried doing an ‘ABC’ plan of my own? It sounds like a really good idea!!

Well, Crypt of the Necrodancer looks so weak because 5 hours gameplay time is not enough time to even scratch the surface ^^ If you find the motivation to dive deeper in it you may find a really fun game. Although it is only possible if you have a general enjoyment for rhythm games.

I admit that the freezing is a serious problem ^^ It makes playing rogue-likes rather disappointing but maybe it will change in the future either by the game being patched or you buying a new PC. Because the music is awesome and that isn’t music I listen to normally.

I thought about buying Crypt of the Necrodancer for months and then it got on sale and I thought, why not. But then I started it and I realized I’m deaf and blind - no way I can play this game! :’D So that’s something that will be messing with my achievement % forever. Sad. I never had the problem you described, though, that’s weird!

My problem was I was just good enough to beat the first area and get that cheevo forever having it mark againsed my completion rate :p
(Vs not even being able to beat it and having 0 cheevo to hurt me)
