This freebie game WAS promising! It’s probably the best free walking sim I’ve played, and is up there with one of the best free games I’ve played, period. Everything is well done - graphics, audio, voice acting, writing. The story isn’t wildly mindblowing, but it did have some interesting turns and I liked the ending.
The voice acting in particular was very well done for a free game, and it really made a difference.
If you like walking sims, this one’s a great one to spend an hour with. If you want to get into walking sims, or you’re cheap, this one brings great value and costs you nothin’. Play it!

Hope you enjoy World’s Dawn. Ive started to play it a couple times but then I jump right back on Stardew Valley instead lol
Ohhhh goddd I wish you hadn’t said that because it is TOO TRUE.
It’s kind of a clunky game and even beyond Stardew Valley comparisons, while I was playing a track from my favorite Harvest Moon - and the Very First Console game I ever played by myself - came on and I was like FUCK WHY CAN’T I BE PLAYING THAT INSTEAD.
That’s all I needed to know downloads. I make my paid games sad :(
Ha! Well, at least they’ll only be sad for about forty minutes!
