Welp, November’s over before I knew it and I barely played anything this month (again). I need to find some laid-back games to help me relax a bit in December.

I imagine this game would be much more fun to play with some friends. Playing solo was kinda boring since the slapstick humor didn't really do anything for me.

Regarding the game itself, my primary complaint is that it's a tad too buggy. It's a physics-based comedy, I get it, but it's not fun when delivery jobs are rendered impossible to carry out because the player character got stuck in the vehicle and couldn't get out.

Congratulations on your assassination! Something laid-back for December, do you have any ideas?
I see you have Call of the Sea, it’s a walking sim and puzzle game I really enjoyed, save before the ending so you can experience both endings! Firewatch is also a good choice, although I liked the beginning more than the ending. Pumpkin Jack, Sable, TOEM - looks like you have plenty of options.

Hey Zelrune, thank you for so many recommendations!!

I have Firewatch, Sable, and TOEM on my radar, but I didn’t know Call of the Sea and Pumpkin Jack are laid-back games. In fact, I assumed Pumpkin Jack would have some level of horror elements since it looks Halloween-themed.

I think I’ll start with TOEM today, and aim to finish Sable as well before December ends. :)

Go for it!!! Pumpkin Jack was pretty easy, the final boss fight was a bit difficult but overall, it had a fun vibe.

Noted! I’ll make sure to check it out in Jan 2024. I did play TOEM in the past two weeks though and it has such a great concept and fun gameplay. Thank you so much for the rec :3
