Reaching for Petals is done and dusted. It’s about an hour long walking sim made with UE4, and you can tell. Beautiful graphics, but some weird moments while things flesh out in front of you lol. Average story that is essentially poetry written in prose. However, the voice acting was top tier. Where a lot of people would over act and over emphasize their emotions in games like this, this narrator’s voice was big and yet warm throughout, and really hit every story moment with perfect restraint and yet passion. Additionally, the music arrangements were similarly fantastic. All in all, I enjoyed it.

I started Children of Morta, Dead in Vinland, Wasted, and Wildbus. I’ll definitely play through Children of Morta and Dead in Vinland. I am also really liking Wasted (which is essentially a more hedonistic view of the Fallout apocalypse with tons of jokes about Fallout throughout), but I don’t know if I’ll see it through to the end or not. Wildbus is pretty funny already. Haven’t really gotten into the meat of the game yet though.
