The Witcher series are on my backlog too and I now have all three (but no expansions). I will most likely at least try to play them in order - I played Witcher 3 for a few hours last September and loved it but knew I had to wait for the right time to play it as I could see it being a real time sink
I did Iorveths path during my playthrough on recommendation that it’s the more interesting of the two paths so hopefully that’s something to look forward too. :)
