It’s been a while since my last update here. I guess it’s time to post again.
In Q1 of 2026, I finished 21 games for the first time and completed 17 (completed games also count as finished here. I did not finish 38 games :p )
This makes this year already close to my best year in terms of completions yet. However, most games are on the shorter side of things, which obviously inflates the number.
One source of motivation was joining PAGYWOSG, which is a lot of fun! Can highly recommend joining the event and the community around it is very welcoming.
Here are some highlights from the last three months:
You find a lost phone and try to figure out what happened to the owner.
It's really fun to solve this "escape room" while experiencing the story.
The sequel is also very good, although it obviously doesn't feel as unique anymore.
Herd some sheep!
Yeah, that is pretty much the whole game.
Highly recommended with 1-3 friends if you want a less stressful overcooked.
Lil Gaor Game hold a special place in my heart. It's a cozy and heartful adventure of a kid who just wants to play with their big sister.
Honestly, this is the perfect feelgood game to play on a weekend. And the new DLC delivers more of that, which is great.
Go on a whacky road trip with your friends. Do normal road trip activities like visiting roadside attractions, eating at fancy restaurants, and joining a cult.
The narrative and humour are probably not for everyone, but I highly enjoy it and look forward to playing more of it.
Also great in co-op!
My favourite genre: Cozy yet stressful games :p
You manage the emergency response coordination in your city: send units to incidents, handle calls, and deal with the disasters the game throws at you. Pretty enjoyable although I find it sad that you handle less calls at the end of the campaign. Still great if you also like this genre ^^
My go-to game to play with a friend atm.
Just a lot of fun to sail the open seas and just go on random adventures.
See you again in 6 years 3 months
