Really enjoyed this. It’s all text with pics of some characters when they’re introduced. The writing is good. There are multiple ways to go about the missions, and your stats and choices matter. As for downsides, as mentioned, it’s all text. There’s only one save slot and it’s only autosave. If you screw up somewhere, there’s no way to reload an earlier save in-game. The only way to go back to an earlier save is if you manually backed up the save file from the userdata folder.

I no longer tried to get the rest of the base game cheevos since I can’t 100% it anyway with base game only. Not interested in playing the DLC clans.

There were some annoying parts (areas with scarlet rot, platforming), but I liked it for the most part. I didn’t attempt to solo all the bosses like I did in the Souls games. I used cheese methods whenever I could. Gonna continue to NG+.

I thought Coteries of New York was better even if choices didn’t affect the ending. This one’s ok for 1 run. I used skip text to get the cheevo for the other ending.

I liked the demo but when I played the full game for a few hours, it felt like a chore. I might try it again in the future but I’m dropping it for now.

I bought the World of Darkness bundle from Humble. I needed something else to play when taking short breaks from some of the more annoying parts in Elden Ring. The story doesn’t really change no matter what choices you make, but I thought it was enjoyable enough.

My main game right now. There are some annoying bosses and locations but I’m enjoying it for the most part.

Finally made some progress with the backlog.

Just finished another playthrough and added around 250+ more hours. I haven’t played anything but this game since July. Now that I’m done with it (again), I don’t feel like playing anything again. I still haven’t touched the games in my small backlog, but also I haven’t bought anything since March so at least the backlog didn’t become bigger.
