Enderal: Forgotten Stories is done and dusted. 123 hours and one of the the three potential endings. I do have two convenient hard save points though. One is just before the end to see the other normal ending. The other is probably 20 hours back, but just before what I assumed would be a pivotal moment (and as it turns out, was), and will allow me to see the “true ending”. That said, I’ll wait a bit on that one. Even with all that time invested, I probably still left another 100-150 hours on the table, easily, between the remaining quests and general exploration. Anyway, with a game like Enderal, it’s good to take a break after seeing an ending, then go back and dive right back in I think. That’s how I did things with pretty much every Fallout and Elder Scrolls game.

I also played some Creepy Castle, and it’s actually an excellent game. That said, I don’t know that I’m really in the mood for it right now, so after I died, I decided to shelve it for a future date.

I should be just about to the end of chapter one in Edge of Eternity now as well. Will keep playing that.

I’ll also head back to FF XV now. I made the mistake of starting that and Enderal at the same time, but that’s done now, so perfect time to get back to FF XV. I’m basically now on PC where I had left off on the PS4 when I was playing it a couple years ago. I’m eager to see what happens next.

I’ll also be jumping into Lamplight City. I was playing it a little last night, but it hijacked my graphics settings when I switched out of windowed mode to full screen, so I jumped out. I think I will give it another go today, but in windowed mode lol.

Lastly, I see there have been quite a few updates to Atom RPG since I last played it. I might have to jump in and start over. See how it’s improved.

After all that, my plan is to fire up Yakuza Kiwami, Metro Exodus, and Subnautica.

How is it? I’ve been keep my eye on it and seems pretty highly produced.

So far, it’s quite good. A little grindy as is to be expected from the genre, but the combat system, as another friend and fellow BLAEO mentioned on Steam, makes it seem far less grindy. The story is interesting so far as well. Part of me wonders why it’s even in early access, since it is pretty polished already.

I expect to jump back in and wrap up chapters one and two (which is what is currently available) this coming week, so maybe my opinion will change, but as of now, I’d recommend it.
