Mostly completed or played - February 2026
- Disappointed by TR-49, usually Inkle makes strong scenarios with many open paths, but this one was mostly linear, puzzle oriented and really hard.
- Organized inside was short but really chill with a light-hearted scenario in background.
Won on steamgifts
- Bus Simulator 21 Next Stop - proof Angel Shores and proof Seaside Valley : Angel Shores (35h) is a large densely populated city with varied buildings in each neighborhood (commercial or residential area, planetarium, stadium, beach, highway, etc.), pedestrians everywhere, heavy traffic, and dynamic weather make this part of the game very enjoyable. Seaside valley (15h) in Europe was mostly a pain like a totally different game, industrial ugly zone, rural empty zone, and empty first city ; with fortunately in the end 2 pretty small towns + a cute village at top of a mountain. I followed a steam guide to quickly get the collectibles on both maps. But tbh after these 50h and 730km and now that i finished both scenarios, i feel no more motivated driving on a loop to get the last achievement “reach 1000km”. Still overall despite the pedestrians erratic behavior and the bad rural map, i had some great hours of relaxing fun, especially on the awesome urban map with Iveco Urbanway Articulated bus. Relaxing and fun like Euro truck 2. I also liked a lot : the choice of different bus (simple, articulated, double deck), the possibility to customize the external appearance of buses and the color and name of bus routes, the possibility to drive any bus on any road on a whim while passing by a bus stop and select any time of day or night, the dynamic weather was also really well made with gradual changes (rainfall, rainstorm, even by night).
In progress - plan for next month
- Occasionally : CoH3 (still intend to slowly finish this one), Swat Commander (on stand-by as it’s an early-access)
- Last month my priority was fully on Bus sim 21 as it was a recent SG win. I tend to lose focus but haven’t given up on any of these games, i’ll see the end with time
Have fun for next month !
Very nice month!
I’m pretty interested in Cairn.
Thank you ! :D
Cairn is amazing, it’ll probably be my goty cause i don’t play much AAA, and a solid competitor for the indie goty.
That is great to hear. I’ll be buying that one pretty soon.
Good to hear. I’ve had it on my wishlist since before it was released, and I’m glad it panned out to be a good game.
It’s a relatively expensive game, but i don’t think anything like this had ever been done before, like there are climbing games ofc but this one is at another level of perfectionism !
Yeah, it is on the pricey side, so I’ll prolly wait until I will actually play it to get it ;)
(I need to chip away at my backlog a bit more…)

It’s nice to see some good stuff about bus simulator, might convince me to grab humble choice afterall. Also I see you’ve got two point museum in progress, I wonder how that is? It’s one I’ve been very interested in, but it’s not usually the type of game I’d play 🤔
Bus sim 21 is still a very repetitive game by nature, but it has its relaxing side. Fatigue sets in earlier than when playing Euro Truck 2, cause the pace and distances are not the same. Two point museum is relaxing but repetitive, you’ve to send expeditions on a loop. Graphic style is eye-candy but gameplay isn’t as good as the old Theme Hospital. Among management games, it’s also far worst than the super addictive Planet Zoo.
ooh planet zoo is also on my wl, I suppose that will take priority then
