Report #25 April


A lot of unplaned work showed up so probably less than usual gaming time until August, still will try to add a bit of time there in late evening when I have my free 2-3 hours.


Kinda good month for games in which I was interested in: Gladiator Guild Manager showed in a humble bundle and got it from a marketplace for a bit higher compared on the price of group buys, same with Thronefall which kinda got me interested in when I learned that Kingshot is inspired( or how some people like to say: copied) from it(which looked a bit interesting in the mobile ads that I got during my reading which I mentioned in previous month report) for which I got the full humble tower defence bundle as it was too high on marketplaces and no copy on group buys, both that kinda got thrown into the backlog, with some luck one of it will get a bit of playtime this month. Next one is DOOM: The Dark Ages which I finally got that it got a sale on gamesplanet uk as i had some money that I won few months ago on REDACTED, a bit pricey compared with the us variant where it was 5 bucks cheaper but it’s 5 bucks lost of “free” money and kinda postponed purchased it as I was unsure how the game would run on my Intel GPU(went full hipster two winters ago and upgraded from my previous GTX 1060 6GB to an intel ARC A770 16GB) and those always on shenanigans used by microsoft on their PC games kinda stoped me throwing my money to a game that I was unsure if it will work on my machine. For this one managed to finish the first zone and see that it was working and moving to the next game, last from my interested list from this month and the one with the highest playtime: Replaced. Played the game’s demo on the autumn next fest, quite enjoyable, wasn’t going to get the game on the launch as I was exptecting it to go for a higher price tag, but where it was 20, and for me 18 in a bundle with a owned game kinda jumped the gun. Enjoyable experience, think that I missed 1 collectible and 2 upgrades, and will be waiting for their mentioned chapter select to get them for the last 3 achievement; might go ahead with some other 2.5D games in the further future.


That is kinda all, there is also my forever mentioned Firestone along with Idle Champions, for which the latest might go again on hiatus again as I mostly maxed the patrons, most likely after I finish with today’s added variants will kinda park it for some time again. Also started again a playtrough of Beyond Eyes to get my missing chieves, but no idea when I’ll finish with it and started Picross Fairytale: Legend of the Mermaid which I haven’t observed during my NONO month. No other progress from the few that I tried last month on my NSFW list. Aaaaaaand this is kinda all.
