Report #390: The House of Da Vinci 3
The third installment of this point and click, puzzle game. As usual the visuals are satisfying. The puzzles are not overly complicated, sometimes I was stuck and glad it has a hint system, just because some objects did not seem to be interactive, but necessary to progress.
First playthrough was something around 6-7 hours. The speed run and achievement completion second run was then 3 hours and 8 minutes.
Recommended for puzzles gamers
I hate speedruns in puzzle games. I really hate them almost anywhere, but especially in puzzle games. Maybe it’s not bad if you do it right after finishing the game normally.
Yeah, usually it is very annoying. But in this case its quite easy to fullfil the requirement. Considering that there is an achievement for being faster than 14 hours and that this double the time I got with regular playing the game. The puzzle solutions are not randomized, so all you need to remember are the solutions or at least how to solve it.
