Truly outstanding game. You can basically call it a political dialogue-heavy skillcheck RPG.
Loved the world, the lore, the characters and the gameplay. Especially all the crazy interactions MC can pull of.
While the map is not that big, it is full to the brim with stuff to explore.
Took me three playthroughs (and occasional reloads) to get all achievements.
Overall, actual modern masterpiece. Loved it.

I think it’s a brilliant idea to compile a dozen of short games from various creators to develop some sort of horror anthology. Too bad that some of the games turned out to be teasers for devs’ future full projects, but I guess that was to be expected. Most of the games take you 20-30 minutes to complete. It also features a MAIN story that’s being hinted before you launch a game and when you complete them all. Anyway…
SUMMER NIGHT - Very cool concept. The gameplay suddenly changed at the end and I’ve got about 8 seconds to enjoy it before I got a game over and an announcement that it was just a teaser. Oh well.
The Pay Is Nice - Short but really good-looking game with exactly one puzzle that actually made me use my brain for a while. Pretty good, but the plot is as vague as it gets.
Carthanc - One of the few games here that have a very active kind of gameplay, mostly platforming. It was okay.
Mr. Bucket Told Me To - Definitely more comedic than scary. It was pretty fun.
Hand of Doom - I think I’ve seen this “spell crafting” mechanic somewhere, but it was pretty fun. No enemies, no rush. Also a teaser. Damn.
The Pony Factory - One of the best experiences here is the one created by David Szymanski, who would’ve guessed. Interesting concept, good gameplay (for what it is), fitting visuals. A bit unticlimatic though.
Outsiders - I’m pretty sure this is the exact concept as in one of the episodes of South Park. Also a teaser. Looks pretty boring (at least before the ending), ran like ass on my PC.
Shatter - Very cool PS1 aesthetics and interesting world. It’s a shame it’s THIS small.
Rotgut - Easily the worst experience out of all the games (in a bad way). I know Soda Drinker Pro was also pretty slow, but man, that was boring and just ended with… nothing. (At least, for me. They say there’s other endings here.)
Don’t Go Out - Now this got me really interested. I feel like this kind of gameplay would’ve been really nice to expand on, but there’s only one level in this game and your tactics are very limited for the map you’re left with. It would’ve been so cool if THIS was a teaser for an actual game, but sadly, it’s not. Would’ve definitely played more of this.

This one continues the main story I mentioned in the previous review, and it does with a whole hub level that acts as a game on its own, which is really cool.
    Another Late Night - Oooookay?..
Arcadletra - This one actually spooked me for some reason. It’s pretty short and has two endings (that aren’t that different).
Charlotte’s Exile - Very interesting, I liked deciphering. FUCK those jumpscares though, couldn’t keep my focus.
Solipsis - It’s pretty short and straightforward. It looks pretty cool. I liked it.
Squirrel Stapler - Once again, David Szymanski with a crazy concept. It’s quite a unique way of disturbing, since about 90% of the game is very colourful and bright, and the gameplay is oddly captivating. Another abrupt ending. Good stuff though.
Sucker for Love - VN/point’n’click game that mixes comedy with a bit of (pretty good) horror here and there. I really enjoyed that. I know they’ve released a full game that looks like an expanded version. I dunno, maybe I’ll try it out.
The Diving Bell - Pretty good atmosphere, although once you realize there’s nothing that can hurt you and you’re only in danger if you look at some scary stuff for too long, the game isn’t as scary as it could’ve been. I liked it though.
The Thing in the Lake - It’s the only one I haven’t even finished. Although it seems to be pretty short, but it is way too annoying to play with all the sudden deaths sending you back to the beginning of the chapter. Also to complete the first chapter you have to die in a specific spot, so I kept replaying chapter 1 thinking I just got a game over again. I gave up on chapter 2. Thankfully, got an achievement for it anyway.
The Toy Shop - This one’s weird, it feels overly ambitious with the lore it’s building. It’s also a mishmash of different genres - sometimes it’s just a walksim, now it’s time for some platforming, and now it’s a FPS. The game and it’s plot kinda lost me towards the end (or maybe I stopped caring at this point), and it ended with “To be continued”. Well, it was a decently long teaser at least. I don’t think I want to see how it continues though, I’m fine stopping here.
To the End of Days - Definitely more action-oriented than horror, but really good. It’s pretty gory.
Touched by an Outer God - Definitely my favorite here. Very fun and pretty tough at times.
Undiscovered - Pretty spooky and tense. Interesting camera idea, but it glitched out of the walls quite a few times.

This is gotta be the laziest moneygrab in the franchise (I know I still got some games left, but something tells me I’m right). This one straight up uses reworked MP maps as levels and the cutscenes are just text now.
Pretty much all the levels just swarm you with tons of enemies and that’s it. There’s no new enemies (I think) and no new weapons (there’s even LESS weapons than in the previous games, funnily enough). You play as both Daniel and Belial here, not that it makes much difference. There’s six levels, after them you get the final “cutscene” and credits, you unlock two new levels, play through them, and you get “to be continued…”. …Okay?
Strangely enough, this stuff still activates my monkey brain and I kinda enjoyed playing it (while still fully realizing how half-ass this game is).
At least I could finish it without any gamebreaking bugs like with Ressurection.
