It’s one thing for this site to auto-sync my Steam library right before I start playing again, but making me wait an hour before I can resync is just annoying since that means my profile is stuck with outdated info when I’m ready to make my next post. At least lower it to 30 minutes.

Puzzle game. Left stick moves the tan character, right stick moves the red character, LB/RB are their respective jump buttons, and LT/RT lock their sides of the screen so they can cross over. When you reach level 9, you’re told that you can push L3/R3 to swap whose screen is displayed on which side.

It doesn’t seem like much at first, and it kinda isn’t for the first 11 levels. After that point, the level select has a split path, each focusing on a different gimmick for 5 levels or so, and this is where levels start getting trickier. The left path has tiles that’ll only be solid if they’re in view of one character; the middle path has one character’s field of view zoomed out, so crossing over results in a larger/smaller character; and the right path focuses on pushing blocks. After this, there’s exactly one level that combines the block-pushing gimmick with the field-of-view gimmick, then two more disappointingly basic levels before the end (with the last level being an Adventure game style riddle, albeit an easy one). Also, the difficulty curve of the split paths tend to fluctuate, with some easy levels being placed after trickier ones. My biggest issue is that the second tile-view level requires knowing that if you lock the screen above a pit, it creates a floor at the bottom of the screen until it’s unlocked (a mechanic you’re never told about or shown, nor is required again).

Still, the game is free, so I can recommend it for those tricky levels.
