A good concept a a good game. You are a 911 operator, you are sending police cars, ambulances, and fire fighters to accident across a city. You need to decide which accidents are more important and how many troops send. And, just by the way, the game is teaching basics of how to talk with 911 officers and a bit of first aid. The main campaign is located in couple of american cities - from small ones to New York and Washington. The maps are real, the placement of hospitals, police stations etc. is real. I just wish there could be a bit more content. Absolutely the best moment of the game was the earthquake, when you suddenly needed to fight with dozens of problems at the same time. Unfortunately there were 2-3 events like that in the whole game. After a campaign you can download almost every city in the world (I think they are using Google maps), and play on it. I live in middle size town in Poland and I was able to send an ambulans to my home adress. It was an awesome feeling but I was playing just one round because as I said - I saw every emergency call and this started to be repetitive very quickly.

Awesome. AWESOME Metroidvania. Huge map with multiple paths, hard but fair fight, great visiuals, interesting lore, likeable characters, TONS of addisional content you can find, but don’t have to. I’m in love with this game. I don’t know what else to say - go and play it if you like metroidvania.

I was challenged with this. Beautiful game. If you know games from TeamICO (ICO, Shadow of the Collossus, The Last Guardian) , this feels very much like those games, just on PC (especcially like ICO). You are a boy who landed on the shore of mysterious island and you try to get to the top of the tower on this island. You quickly find a guide in form of a fox with identity crisis (I know foxes can bark, but really - howling like a wolf?), there are also a few other characters, but there isn’t one line of dialog, which is creating very intresting, mysterious atmosphere. The gameplay is made mostly of creative enviromental puzzles and a bit of platforming (not very hard). The game looks beautiful and very stylistic, the story (or a bits that we are given) is interesting. My only issue is the lighting - from time to time the game is getting so dark, that i had to put brightness to the absurd values to see what I’m doing.

Totally agree with your review on 911 Operator. I played shortly after release and again a few months ago, so there was new content available, but I’m not sure the developers are still working on the game. Looking forward to the sequel 112 Operator.
