Ring of Pain

7/10

Nice little roque like deck building game, in which you are going on a circle, and deciding do you want to deal with a card on the left or on the right. Very luck based, but I had good amount of fun, beat the whole game once, and will propably play it from time to time.

  • Hogwarts Legacy

    73 hours playtime

Hogwarts Legacy

9/10

I grown with Harry Potter and I’m saying - this game is awesome. It was clearly done by Potter’s maniacs, there is tone of little things nodging to the books, but at the same time - the idea of making a game around 100 years before Potter is brilliant - writers could make a tone of their characters, and had a lot of creative freedom. I love how they took bits of lore and twist them to make gameplay elements - like Floo powder is working as a quick travel system. And I also love how alive the world is - there are so, so many little interactions and dialogues between students, or people of Hogsmeade, there were times where I was just walking through Hogwart and listen to dialogues in the background. There are little problems - some subplots are a little underwhelming, I wish I was playing on pad, because keyboard is a bit wonky, but I had awesome time, and I want more.

I really enjoyed Ring of Pain - I feel like it was luck based, but there was progress each run still.

I’ve also focused on Hogwarts this month! It has been great - I took so many screenshots! I enjoyed exploring Hogwarts.
I did feel like my character was the next Dark Lord, what with breaking into peoples homes, poaching beasts to ‘save’ them from poachers, killing people/goblins etc with ancient magic that was way scarier than an unforgivable 😂

The main story was a bit meh I found. I really liked Ominis, and Sebastian’s storyline was the most interesting to me.

Aquilla

Yup, I went to principal office, before plot forced me to do this, opened like three hard locks, met Black in his private room, walked in front of him, emptied his chest while he was looking at me, then walked back like nothing happened.

Hahaha yeah little things like that is what holds this game back from being great I think.
Like the whole sneaking into the faculty tower and if you get caught it’s game over, but after that story mission it doesn’t matter at all.

Still was a lot of fun to play, and I really enjoyed the way they did the combat.
