Main Quest #31 - 26 April 2019
Finally got around to playing Minerva’s Den DLC after beating the base game in February (and not posting an update about it so I would “force” myself to play the DLC). Main game is a 6/10 and the DLC a 8/10 so that makes a 7/10 in my books.
How would you compare the sequel to first Bioshock? Was it just more of the same?
Playing the first one had more a sense of novelty since I’ve never played anything like it before so this one felt more of the same, but the gameplay felt more polished although being very similar to the first one. The story of the first game was definitely better than the second one, but Minerva’s Den kinda makes up for it in that aspect.
That sounds sensible. I did not even realize it was made by a different studio.
