Report #28(aka Recap #1)
This is a bit overwhelming, made a bit of order in my lists, probably the ABC challenge could be counted as dead in the water, left some quick to grab in not categorized as I play so start playing them, but should probably move them in unplayed due to my habits. Not sure exactly where to start and probably will miss a lot as long time passed, and no way anything will be in a chronological order, so will start a bit with ties of report 27.
As I was playing through Dark Souls PTDE back then, in the meantime managed to complete it, along with Dark souls 2 and Elden Ring. Dark Souls 3 got a bit more complicated, started, abandoned and continued it a lot of times. Friede killed my confidence and I hardly managed to finish the new game and farm some of the stuff needed for achievements but will need two additional runs of it in NG+ to complete it. Also have Dark souls 1 remastered and Dark souls 2 scholars of the sin editions but didn't got yet to "doubling" my same game finish. Also thinking about getting Sekiro where I am on the fromsoftware talk but feels like that one will give me even a harder time so kinda post-pone it purchasing it since the game came out 🙃.

Moving along idle games. The death of me, mostly spent my time in those big 3 ongoing ones and possible the out of the updates loop Wild West Saga. In case you don't play idle games, don't make the mistake of starting it. Won't go into too much details on the games. Would also throw Universe Sandbox here due to the play one year achievement and Stanley Parable where they have the don't paly the game for 5 years achievement.

Now as there is nothing else that I could speak that ties to report 27, freestyle time. Starting with Hazelight games, God bless and screw you Josef Fares. Great and fun games if you ignore the always ending on the sad part in the story. The ones on EA Originals labels are also co-op, but the older brothers is single player. Started with A way Out on the ea access back in 2019, which i partly replayed in the beginning of the year to get all achievements(hence the small playtime on record), It Takes Two that i played on friend pass on launch and replayed fully again this year on steam as i purchased it a while ago, continuing with Split Fictions that I purchased on launch this year and finishing with the oldest game of their Brothers A tale of two sons. Now waiting for their next game.

Continuing with a bit more EA, starting with some other games on EA Originals label, mostly sadly purchased on their historical lowest price. Played Fe, Sea of Solitude and Unravel and finished the story of them during same time with A way out on EA access, repurchased them on steam as well, in 2020 got Unravel 2 as well and beaten it. Both Unravels are a bit hard on the achievements side so haven't tried to go for 100% yet. Sea of Solitude got 100% this year, but on Fe was completely lost I think I'll need to redo a full playtrough for 100%. Recently finished Tales of Kenzera:Zau as well. Back to the main EA label, finished titanfall 2(played campaign initially on the famed two months of EA access that i continue mentioning as probably was one of my most active time with the ammount of games that i played in the month or two months span that it was), finished the two star wars from respawn, finished payback and heat; went back for the hundredth time and managed to get all achievements in plants vs zombies goty last year, and also started Battlefront 2 and plants vs zombies battle for neighborville for which I finished the story but I am left with the online grind. Was thinking of trying to play some battlefield games as well as I enjoyed bf1 on the few hours that i got on origin(rip) but most likely the online achievements are grindy as hell like most of the EA games.

Apart from those biggest "spenders" have been American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator, used to have 100% for ATS and close to 100% on ETS but they added that driving school which is driving me nuts(went half-way through it on ETS) and most of my time on them have been only their worldoftrucks events. Used to play Apex legends before it started to give me random bluescreens and stopped playing in around 2023ish(if my memory servers my right) and period when I am playing CS for the weekly drop in hopes of making some spare change. On this same note somehow lost my access to Pixel Puzzles Ultimate somewhere around in 2022-2023(observed it after I took a break from the monthly puzzles) but neither the devs, nor steam support was able to help me get the game back on a playable state(store shows that i have it, but if i try to install it tells me that I don't have it). Giving also a bit of a showout to fellow nationality studio(although they now have an italian dev on second game) Stuck in Attic, had their first game(Gibbous - A Cthulhu Adventure) purchased on launch, but played through it this year when their second game(Near-Mage) came out. Outside of those different periods of those random russian games, some adult puzzle games, those new 100 animals games, adult games demo with achievement, trying to finish some beaten games with achievements left to farm(some already mentioned above) and recently games around and smaller than 10 hours mark.

Future plans, nada, lying to myself that I will continue with my smallish games quest with prio on Lake and Plucky Squire, but have been since forever on 70-ish games installed and playing my neverending stuff instead of finishing any of the other games. Hopefully will be able to come back with a monthly-ish report if I will manage to overcome my job restructure period and looking for something else won't eat my measly available free time. The only reasons that I finished this wall of text(hopefully it is somehow readable as it was redacted during multiple days, so hours on game might differ from current profile) so fast from my comeback message is that it rained too much and the other pressing matters got delayed and managed to get a bit more free time than usual as last year have been way too full, probably half of the next one will remain the same, but it is what it is.
See you next time and happy gaming in the meantime!
These are …. a lot of games. And a lot of long games, and heavy hitters there as well. Incredible. Good job clocking so many hours, it looks like you had a blast all throughout which is what really matters :)
got blasted for hours long by Friede, Malenia and consort king Radahn if those count
I haven’t played DS3 or SotE, so I can’t talk about thes two, but I definitely remember the feeling of being blasted by Malenia over and over. Tiche helped me to overcome that, thou ;)
