Oh, Banishers! I remember that I was waiting for you to finish that one so that I could get your opinion on it. Soooooo….was is good? Also how hard would you rate Lies of P? That’s another one that has been on my wishlist for a long time.
I honestly liked it. The battles were not too hard - I played on normal. Which is difficulty 3/5 - also something I liked. I was repeatedly confused by who’s who and how the MC supposedly is fond of somebody, when I can’t even remember who the heck we’re talking about xD
It’s actually a pretty sad story overall. A lot of inequality is being pointed out. A lot of social problems, which I really liked! It doesn’t just brush over stuff and is like: yeah, everything the white man did, was awesome!
And it’s also pretty great, how we get to decide how to handle these cases of unjustice. Tho I guess the MC(s) is/are already pretty fixed on their worldview.
Lies of P on the other hand… Well, I enventually set it to the easiest difficulty. And I STILL didn’t get the real end. Even tho I started a new game +. Even tho I upgraded completely and was pretty… strong, I guess. Which probably says more about my ability with these kinda games, than everything else.
It is very pretty tho - and absolutely disgusting >.<
I’ll try to get ahold of the DLC… and hope I can eventually beat the final enemy after that xD
Oh, good! Banishers mostly appealed to me based on what the trailer revealed of the story/general vibe so I am glad to know that it was at least decent. As for Lies of P…well I’ve got a few days before the giveaways end to decided if I’m willing to take a risk on the difficulty level =D
