March 2026
A fun month filled with a bit of nostalgia in the games I chose to play.
It has been ages since I played a tower defense game like this. I still remember playing through this one with friends on school when I didn't own/buy games, playing it again was like a memory trip to those easier times.
A little late to the party, but I had bought this last year when it reached a deep discount before F1 25 was released and only now said "f* it" and started playing it because I knew that, once I started playing it, I would only stop when I had beaten a season. And that's exactly what I did. I constantly upped the difficulty pratically each race, there were some that I ended up winning with 20+ seconds and others that I got completely defeated, so not sure on how that balance was made.
A great little game that managed to balance really well the dungeons and the social aspects of the world.
Great to replay this 'little' gem of a game 8 years after I played the normal version. Since I played the Definitive Edition of the first game two years ago I was meant to replay this one before finally getting into 3. The driving mechanics and some of the dialogues are a bit worse than I remember, but it's still manageable to play through and have fun with! The last two chapters have a stupid increase of difficulty – which I did not remember at all – but I still enjoyed replaying through Mafia II.

Ohhh Nanotale, how is it so far? Is it more or less the same as Epistory, or did they spice it up with some new mechanics?
I remember enjoying Epistory more than I’m currently enjoying Nanotale right now, to be honest. But from what I remember, there are a few new mechanics but overall the gameplay and navigating through the map is way more confusing and not intuitive.
That’s a shame. I too enjoyed Epistory, but felt there’s a few clunky things that they could improve in the sequel.

Oh a F1 game ! Did you play the previous ones ? Do you buy it every year ?
Nice to see a fan here as well!
I’ve only previously played F1 23 in a free weekend, played through the “story” they had going (I don’t remember how it’s called) and it was okay. This time I played through a whole F1 season and it was very different playing it that way.
I own a few more from when they were free-to-keep but have not played through them since I also only started watching the races in 2023. I don’t buy it every year, this one was the first one I actually bought xD
