Did you play the previous Assassin’s Creeds? How would you rank AC III yourself compared to the other AC parts? I too think that AC III is one of the weaker parts, but calling it “worst” is a bit harsh. I rather agree with you that it’s still an enjoyable game, just not as good as some others.
Yes, I’ve been playing them through release order and outside of it I only played Origins, which is up there on my AC ranking. I simply heard it was one of the worsts, not that I thought it was the worst one. Imo, the worst one is the first one because it is very much outdated, but this one is still enjoyable to play through and I enjoyed the historical setting.
Apologies, I worded that badly. I actually agree with you, that the people calling AC III the worst part of the series are way to harsh and AC III is still an enjoyable game, albeit not the best of the series. Sorry, my initial post is confusing.
The first AC is too outdated today, totally agreed. The setting is interesting, but I was quite happy when the game was done! AC II is a real improvement.
