Just 100%’d Spec ops, died so many times that the game didn’t hesitate to ask me to lower the difficulty in most of the chapters.
Surprisingly, a few of the chapters can be done in complete stealth, meaning: saving like a dozen magazines and deaths.
Very very very good game, recommended for everyone (must be in your libraries, generally unplayed)

100%ing this was one of my first full game completions on Steam – congrats! (That ride of the valkyries sequence was probably one of the worst bits for me.)
I agree, it’s a brilliant game. For me the biggest problem with the highest difficulty was that my friends kept dying. I had the sense to stay under cover, but there they were getting their asses handed to them expecting me to rescue them. So the AI was a bit dumb at times, but the story was great of course, and I loved the way it subverts the ‘hero shooter’ tropes.
