Progress report: Fourth week of July ‘20 a.k.a. …wait, that means it’s August already?
Mmm… yeah, nope, I’m still too busy fangirling on the daily. I just squeezed this one in an hour before Sunday ended.
Upon Bangledeschler's suggestion, I got the Borderless Gaming app and this nightmare finally fullscreened properly for me. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
Creature Romances is an indie VN in which the protagonist is the only human around. Sadly, no reason why is given, because the focus is spending time with his childhood friend, Kokonoe Kokoro… who is a grasshopper. I'm really not into bugs (and this VN did nothing to attract me more to them), so this will most likely be the only title about bugs I ever play. Besides the whole "lack of fullscreen option despite its existence in the menu" fiasco, I didn't have any other problems with this VN. Still, I don't see myself recommending it to anyone, ever.

Glad to hear it worked out! ^_^ Borderless Gaming is great for almost every application as well and fixes issues with Full Screen or the lack thereof for games. I’m also interested in where this “fangirling” is being directed.
I’m glad it did too! I’ll keep it in mind whenever something else is so borked it needs a savior from the outside :D (I still have a sneaky feeling the devs wouldn’t have to do much to enable the fullscreen option, but then again, what do I know about programming, right? ^^)
Speaking of the “fangirling”… I’ve started spending my whole days just chatting in a Discord server about otome games. Sorta backwards, as it halts my own playing progress, buuut… I do get to gush over my favorite 2D guys with them.
True enough, but they clearly did not care to update the game any longer. Also, I just find it nice not to have to do standard fullscreen anymore. The program allows me to Alt+Tab out of the game without the game having to minimize and what not. Hope it serve you in future problemas.

Oh, is that so? That’s the one thing I couldn’t figure out how to do! I brought up the taskbar on top of the game a few times, but trying to click on it would just progress the game. Thanks for yet another tip!

What does “fangirling on the daily” mean? (I know what fangirling means, but what is “the daily?”)
” on the daily” usually just means everyday, like “On a daily basis” and not so much the target of the fangirling.
