A game based on an original premise, and made quite well. You are flying on a strange mix between carpet and a dragon, and you can stitch together parts of land. And saw enemies to the floor, which is quite funny concept. They squize this premise and finished with nice amount of puzzles ideas, which I really like, because every time you are getting bored, there is a bit of change in gameplay. I also like the visuals, especially characters designs - most of the land is inhhabited by creatures who look like a mix between a moth, human and maybe a cat… I really like their design. A plot is simple, but servisable - the only problem I have is that the dialogues may be written a bit better. There are one or two big emotional moments, which are not making me feel in a way I suppose I should feel.

A short adventure game with creepy plot, based on japaneese folclore. You are basically helping a few spirits in purgatory, to deal with their past. I like the idea that every stage has a few possible ways to solve, and the obvious one usually is not the best. But still with a multiple playthroughs to see all the variants - I finished it in 2 hours and I will propably forget about it by the end of the next month.

I never used drugs, so I think this is the closest I can get to the acid trip… this game is incredibly weird and I won’t even try to explain it’s plot - something about a murder, big bang, and space-time continuity. Gameplay is in this strange limbo, where there is a bit too much to do to call it walking sim, but too few, to call it adventure game. The look is very unique and definietely has it charm. Also the soundtrack is really good - classic noir jazz with a bit of electronic - check it on Spotify if you like this kind of stuff.

Perfect example of idea which looks cool on a first glance, but when you are starting to think about it it is falling apart. You are a shark - awesome! So what you are doing. Eat. Then eat. Then eat. And then… eat. Thats the main problem of the game - you are doing the same thing for the whole game. Of course your prey is changing, sometimes you need to fight with people and animals bigger than you. But in the essence you are eating and biting stuff through the whole playthrough - and it is starting to be boring after a while. The saving grace is that the environment is really interesting and quite varied, espetially when you remember that designers needed to stay in the ocean the whole game.

An interesting case. This is a remake of a very old game. So the design is 30 years old. And because of that - it feels so different from todays games that it is getting interesting. In the core this is very, very early metroidvania-platformer. And like in old games you are expecting to figure out many things on your own, and if you cannot finish a particular level - just grind and try again. Which in the age of Elden Ring feels quite modern :) There are a few things I dont like, like secrets which are quite essential to finish a game, but you need to somehow find them without any clues (there is a shop in the hub which is selling extra lives, but 100 points for anybody who found it without a guide). But beside that - this is suprisingly good game, even if you didn’t play the original.

ooo wonderboy looks interesting. Maneater looked interesting too but I’m not a fan of repetitive games. Nice progress!
