The game isn’t completely bad, but I enjoyed the first game a lot more.
The combat was much better, it had really good physics and it felt like both enemies and weapons really had weight.
In this one it just feels like a generic action game, and enemies are constantly grabbing you and triggering a QTE to free yourself, which was really annoying since it was often happening in short succession.
I liked the map better too, here it’s bigger but feels more generic and repetitive, locations felts more varied in the first game, in this one I always felt like I was seeing the same places
Pretty much everything just felt average, it wasn’t bad but I really doubt it I would ever feel like revisiting the game and doing another playthrough of it
Congratulations on your assassinations and happy new year! Looks like you had fun! Any plans on playing the fourth one? The third is an end to the series and I’m hoping the fourth is the start of a new one since there is a new protagonist and all.
I don’t have it but I will probably eventually get it and play it
I haven’t paid a lot of attention to the story in these games though, I’m just playing them for the puzzles
