The Walking Dead: Michonne - A Telltale Miniseries

The Walking Dead: Michonne - A Telltale Miniseries

I got this game for free after the last bunch of Twitch Prime games from someone on Reddit who didn’t want it but since it’s a franchise I like and a game I wanted to play, I wasn’t going to say no just because it was on the Epic Store (although I do not support the exclusives type of business Epic is enforcing on PC, free games are always welcome).
Anyway, about the game, I bing-read the TWD comics this Summer when it suddenly ended so this basically summed up a few chapters where Michonne goes away. It was fine doing that but as a Telltale game, I feel like it’s where the problems started occurring. I haven’t (yet) played all of their games but I was kinda forcing myself to play this since it wasn’t anything spectacular and felt like a way to just attract comic readers to their games. I’m glad that I was able to play it after all this time, and I still look forward to knowing how Clementine’s story ends (I’ve only played the first two seasons), but this was nothing spectacular.

I found Michonne weird in a sense it was a Telltale game geared more towards action and reliance on QTEs which I don’t think anyone really loves in these games to begin with. It also ended up being way shorter than all the other ones for me.

I completely agree, although I already knew it was going to be as short as it is when I got it/started playing it :)
