So I put the marking items as not interested on hold a while ago, and started two new projects.
First, I managed to reach 3x items marked as not interested as I have items on wishlist:

I managed to surpass my initial goal of 2 with flying colors.

So my first new project is hiding all the games from family sharing that I know I wont play. (ie trash games) and I managed to hide 2439 games so far. And the games that are not hidden now are 4634 (mine and from family sharing)
This also helped me with my other project which is reviewing my previously wishlisted games, since I had some early access games that were probably abandoned or games that didn’t have reviews for years.
The new improved wishlist system by steam is making it much easier for me to go back and remove most of my stuff from wishlist, so I’m grateful with that.

What do you guys think? Do you guys approve of my projects? What do you guys think of the new updated wishlist system?

Wow, those are some big numbers. Not bad, good luck with your ongoing projects.

Wishlist: I like that you can sort your wishlist now (although you cannot reverse the order, can you?). The additional information given for your items is nice, but it enlargens each item so much. That’s the only thing I don’t like as much, the wishlist is much bigger, now that every item on it is expanded compared to its former size…

Yea I’ve seen a lot of people are complaining and hoping for a way to choose between a compact and detailed view of wishlist. So hopefully they’ll allow that.
For reverse order I’m just go all the way down and go up from there

Vito

I wouldn’t say it’s bad enough to actually complain, but that’s just me.

Yeah, I did that too :)

Mine is still being updated - I’m going through and cross-checking my steam wishlist with my own personal spreadsheet wishlist, and there’s a few games that aren’t showing up on my steam wishlist, even though they’re supposed to be there. Maybe today or tomorrow the glitches will die down.

I love that we can sort by games on sale, though!! That’s awesome
