Log #24 - Super belated end of year report 2023 + January - beginning of April 2024
Okay, I am sooo late with this… but better late than never, right? I have also not spent too much time gaming so far in 2024 (aside from finding all the cats), because I was traveling these past few months. I just got home a few days ago, so I am just going to treat this as my end of the year, why not?^^.

My goals for 2023 were:
1) Reducing the pile of unfinished + never played games to 70%: and the pile of shame currently sits at 69%, yay!
2) Increasing the total number of completed games to 200: I did not reach this goal with a total of 191 games completed.
3) Increasing my Completionist score to 60%: I currently have 61.5%, yay again!
Of course the numbers are a bit inflated since I added 3 months to my year and only played short and easy to complete games in these 3 months, but they’re my stats and I falsify them if I want to :P.
My goals for 2024 are:
1) Reducing the pile of unfinished + never played games to 65%
2) Increasing the total number of completed games to 240
3) Increasing my Completionist score to 64%

It seems you liked Torchlight, it’s one of my favourites.
definitely liked it, it is a game I kept coming back to, but have never stuck around long enough to beat (until now!). But I am still debating if I want to invest the time to complete all the achievements…
I’m not an achievement hunter so it’s easy for me to say (though I would like to go for 100% for the games like which Torchlight is one of them) so I would not recommend it. Because you must go for every difficulty on their on playthrough and hardcore is really hard, even on easy. I mean Ordrak can easily kill you even not on hardcore. I went for 100% on Torchlight II but wouldn’t go for Torchlight I. :)
