November 2025 Report!

Year’s almost over!

System Shock remake is probably one of best remakes there is! Very enjoyable. Hearing SHODAN speak is still delightful :P
Genesis Noir, The Bookwalker and Lacuna were way better than I expected! Very engaging and nice experiences.
AER was very casual and nice! Ending was too abrupt in my opinion.
Took some time to get used to Gravity Circuit’s keyboard controls, but after that I had a blast playing it!

Overall, good month!

Bonus stats!
Number of games finished this month: 11
Number of games added to account: 20

I’m surprised and happy to see that PEAK is in competition got the game awards!!! I voted for it in the multiplayer category!
How was the Bookwalker? I’ve seen it a few times but I’ve never heard enough about it to figure out if it’s something I should play or not.

La Volpe

Thank you! ^_^
A friend got me into PEAK. It is indeed very fun with friends! Worthy of the award :D
Bookwalker was good! Engaging enough that I finished it in 2 days :p Protagonist is a bit of an idiot, but he was quite sympathetic. Play it if you can! It’s a good experience. Not hard to 100% with a guide either.

System Shock is also a very necessary remake - I tried playing the OG and basically dropped it after finishing the starting floor. It was extremely janky, even in the Enhanced Edition. I still want to play it sometime, since System Shock 2 is one of my favorite games ever

And I also loved Genesis Noir, super unexpected but it’s a mindblowing game to say the least!! Congratz on your beaten games!!

La Volpe

Thank you! <3
Still have Enhanced Edition to play, hopefully my tolerance to play janky games can help me there :P
Nirvana Noir went into wishlist right after I finished Genesis Noir, can’t wait!

As far as I know, there’s nothing in System Shock Enhanced Edition that you haven’t seen in the remake. I would just move on and never look back at it, too many games to play! Hahahaha

Looking forward to Nirvana Noir indeed!
