Update 115: January 2023

How is it February already D: That month flew by. Manged to get a few games done.

Half-Life 2

GreedFall

Liked the game but after a while the quests got repetitive. With a lot of traveling back and forth. Nice fast travel system, without it I would have probably given up. Combat wasn't the most intuative either. Doesn't help that you mostly fight endbosses.

Half-Life 2

Monster Prom

Rather weird but fun dating sim. You basically go to a monster high school and try to get a prom date. It's fun for the first round or two, but gets repetitve fast.

Half-Life 2

Human Resource Machine

Fun little programming game, some of the programs you had to come up with were rather involved.

Half-Life 2

Raji: An Ancient Epic

6/10

The game/story is super interesting if you like to learn something about Indian culture/gods, but the boss battles are crazy, one of them took me literally 3h and that was on easy difficulty. According to the forum the difficulty has been ramped up a lot in an update and people are complaining about it. You learn all those fancy moves that you cannot use cause if you try you will just get insta killed.

Half-Life 2

Demonheart

I do not really know how I feel about this one. It has a better story than most VN's I've read. The decisions are mostly for RPG reasons to get one of the 4 characteristics: good-evil, tactful-defiant that you need for achivements.

Half-Life 2

Demolish & Build 2018

6.5/10

Liked it for the first 10h then it got crazy repetitve and having to look for 50 tons of scrap metal was just stupid grinding. Overall some of the cotrols could have been better, I sometimes got stuck with the vehicles cause the camera wouldn't move or the vehicles got stuck on something. Had to get out and respawn the vehicle -_-

Half-Life 2

Without Within 2

Nice short VN

Here are the games I'm currently working on. Reviews will follow once I'm done with the games:
I've won 3 games and was gifted 1 game and bought 8 games myself. And I've beaten 6 games, so that makes a total of +5 for for the month of January. My backlog is crying a little.

Oh interesting if you click on any of the tabs you cant return to the 1st tab

Wow you actually brought your self games instead of gifts or wins

samwise84

WTF that should not be happening and yeah I bought some games for myself XD

Cece09

Yeah it made me look at your other posts as I questioned if it was a normal thing or if you did an oopsie like me where somehow you broke the coding
