Yeah, that’s a huge problem indeed, as you cannot do anything about the stability of your connection. I tasted this last month, when I played a couple of games on Google Stadia. Really annoying at some times.
I am not sure how it works on Stadia, but on V2 even if you are playing solo/alone the game says “Broken Connection” and kicks you out.
I think it is such a bad idea to make every fucking thing connected to a server, especially when there is no PVP and you have option to play alone.
Google Stadia is a streaming service for games, so it requires a very stable connection to work. It has a sense, of course - while in your case that is senseless, I agree.
