I managed to not buy much, as I kept my “no buy if it doesn’t have at least 75% discount” rule. So nicely FireWatch hit this borderline. Lara to have something to play in co-op (same as Dungeon Siege III collection). And DLC to Red Faction, I wanted to go back to this game and grab achievements for some time.
I still have Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines to beat from previous sale and Renegade Ops I got for free from this SEGA giveaways some time ago. And then I will only be left with games from Origin Vault. I hope I will clean it all before next Steam Sale. I also basically stopped to enter in GAs (only WL at this point), so won’t win games I know I may not enjoy.
I hope they will finally give bigger than 50% discount on Doom or drop base price of Rise of the Tomb Raider on next sale… I know they can be bought for pennies on gray market.. but gray market. I won’t buy there. And I have money on Steam wallet, just don’t feel like wasting it on games with not good enough discount.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines is amazing if you can get past the awkward combat (and awkward controls in general). It sucks the studio never got to finish it properly before the release, so don’t forget to install the Unofficial Patch, otherwise the game can be borderline unplayable. Still one of my all-time favourites, and one of the very few games I’ve ever wanted to replay.
Yeah I heard a lot good about this game, and that it’s gameplay is not the best.
But I love well made stories, so I’m sure I will beat it :D
Pretty short list of buys, so good for your backlog! Firewatch is very relaxing and let you enjoy the summer feel without having to go out in the actual burning heat ;)

It was not big to begin with :D I have less than 500 games on steam. And part of it are games I already beaten before having steam
Oh, I didn’t know ‘Red Faction: Armageddon’ has a DLC. Good that you posted it, just grabed it last minute in the summer sale!
Yep. I don’t know about story quality, but it includes 4 extra missions.
And it wasn’t too expensive either. We’ll see how it is!
