I bought this a while back and don't regret it. Very short game but really nice story! Graphics are fantastic... Although they need to fire whoever did the character designs... It was awful to look at and I couldn't keep my face straight while talking to the NPCs n.n

I finally got around to playing this game! My god I liked games like Limbo but Inside just hit the ball out the park! I loved this game so much with its artsy graphics and the typical puzzle platformer gameplay I've learned to love... The red contrasting the black and white environment was very appealing and the music was very good especially the sounds with the way chains slash together and the slapping of slimy feet on the concrete was just amazing! Loved this game a lot! I want to read up more about the story as like any other game in the genre it doesn't leave the gamer knowing everything about the story...

What a bloody game! Centered between an Irish couple you follow a disastrous adventure and it feels a lot like Firewatch but wayyyy better. The graphics are very realistic however framey at points... The story is heavily focused in the collectibles but I followed a guide easily so it wasn't too bad. Loved the voice acting so much, I guess I would say that since its my favourite accent xD

Thank you Mskotor for the layout help! I hope I haven’t messed anything up ^^

Ooh I’ve not heard of Leaving Lyndow before, it looks lovely. I like the relaxing sound effects based on the trailer.

I’ve been meaning to check out The Fidelio Incident since I loved Firewatch, definitely need to bump it up in priority. I didn’t realise it was centered around an Irish couple, the prospect of listening to their accents is already making me so happy haha.

It’s very relaxing! I remember wishlisting it when someone posted about it on my activity and I recently bought it on sale! Nice little game if you’ve got like under an hour spare xD

Oh it’s so good. Firewatch doesn’t even compare really. But yes you will love it with the accents haha! The chemistry is great also :3

Almost a year ago, I gave away Leaving Lyndow, and most people back then were like “wtf is that?” XD And now I see more and more playing it :) I saw your screenshots of it and it does look pretty :) Also saw your INSIDE screenshots - spoilers much? ;) :P I played it, so I’m good, but as much as I like looking through screenshots in activity feed, I will need to be extra cautious in case I haven’t played something :)

I remember wishlisting it when it first came out and never thinking about it again until it went on sale recently. It’s a beautiful game really! I wish it was longer :(

I’m glad you said that… last night I went out so I quickly uploaded them… So… I forgot about the spoiler tag. I hope nobody seen it that hasn’t played it D: gonna spoiler it when I get on PC:O don’t worry normally I spoiler basically everything xd

That’s a nice list. I quite liked Fidelio and Leaving Lyndow is a fascinating way of offering a playable proof of concept while also using the game to try and fund their main project, Eastshade, which Leaving Lyndow serves as an intro to.

Ooooh, are you a new voice assistant? Hey Ciri, please give tuna
I already played (and loved) INSIDE and The Fidelio Incident was already on my radar. As I like short experiences, it seems like Leaving Lyndow would be a nice game to acquire, thanks for that :3

Machines Are Human

Finished The Fidelio Incident in one run today after I saw your review.
For me it was not as good as Firewatch but still a very good “walking sim”.
I liked the story but I only got 23 out of the 30 collectibles. I didn’t wanted to use a guide but checked most places. I’m sure I missed some in the storm and at the waterpart in the beginning. :)

I bought Leaving Lyndow in June fully intending to play it at the time but then never quite got around to it.

The Fidelio Incident was my first perfect game of the year. I really enjoyed it but I thought the accents were terrible.
