Basically a Flash game from that era, One Finger Death Punch has a very simple mechanical hook, that it stretches out basically to infinity. It's interesting to see how they add new twists to the base mechanic, and i can see why some would get hooked into mastering it, but it started feeling a little tired for me by the end

Nice little tea-cake snack game, as a break from the main dishes i've been scoffing though - and when you get in the zone, it really does feel like being a kung-fu master (also, i doubt i'll play it, so i'll say here that they really missed an opportunity to call the sequel "2 Finger Death Punch")

Ooooh I own it and it was in my backlog for a bit, but has since been dropped. Was the game that long?

Those flash games tend to be better for people who played them on Newgrounds or whatnot. I tried to play Henry Stickmin some time ago and could not, for the life of me, understand why it had a 95% Positive rating on Steam

This one has a really high rating as well! And i also find it a bit puzzling..
I guess it’s pretty focused on a single idea, but that’s not automatically a good thing for me…
Maybe you’re right, and it’s a certain brand of nostalgia

This game is fun but it would work so much better as a mobile game (if it isnt one)

OC/DC

I haven’t checked if it is on mobile, but i’d probably play quite a bit more of it if it was

So maybe it’s better if it’s not on mobile, now that i think about it 😅
