Well, that was certainly something else. Let's start with the most obvious thing: this is a Fanfiction of the first Sunrider game - which I haven't played. But it's super obvious. Normally Fanfictions are written by other ppl, here they did it themeself. Which is super fun and awesome.
That being said, the story is pretty nice. And I'm pretty sure, they totally talk about things form the first game every now and then. It would probably be super fun, but as said, I haven't played it and therefore don't get the things :D
Graphics where nice. Music repetetive at some point. Daily routine… sucked. Bad. Really horrible. First time through it's already a hassle but after that it's just SO ANNOYING! Ugh.
Story? Well I liked Solas story a lot. Chigaras Story was nice. Asaga was… yeah, ok. And Avas? Ugh. I hated it. Combined with the horrible day to day clicking and hoping it will end at some point, the games turned into a monster. Ok, yeah. I had boobs. And more. And that was nice. BUT! That doesn't make up for the rest they did here! I sure hope the other Sunderirder games are not as horrible. I really, really hope they focus way more on story and not so much on STUPID DAILY ROUTINE! -_-
Recommendation? Story yes, rest NO! RUN! GET OUT! NEVER COME BACK HERE! cough

Well we certainly are mixed about this one! For once it has this horrible English going on. Like really, really bad! It feels as if this thing was translated with google translator only the google translator couldn't handle stuff. So it turned out… horribly. Maybe I have the advantage of not being Native English, dunno. I tried to wrap my head around things. And sometimes it turned out pretty cute. But mostly it was difficult.
Still, I finished the game. And even though it was a hassle I enjoyed the stories. It had a lot of sadness in it. A lot of loss, but also about finding back, hoping and believing.
Still I'm happy it's over :D (I really didn't expect it to take that long! o.o)
Recommendation? If only the Eng was better….

Cat Story ahead!
Cats. Well yeah, lemme think. So they both survived the end of 2018 and the start 0f 2019 – aka fireworks. Can I say I hate fireworks? It already started while my old lady cat was still alive, but it’s not getting better, only worse really. I don’t get this whole thing. Why do we have to blow so much stuff up? We already worry about our world being polluted and let’s face it, new years eve is really, really not helping a bit! It’s simply madness! And mostly it’s not even pretty. Like have one professional do it and let everybody in town watch it and YAY! Well at least this year we didn’t drown in smog and shit. But I had to comfort my babys at least for half an hour. After that the worst part was over and ppl started to run out of fireworks, but some of them kept going ‘til three. Ugh, I’d rather buy games, movies, books, what ever, but fireworks.
And yep, I’ll stop the rant :]
So my boys survived it. Tizio was pretty upset though, as you can imagine. Ameno was freaking out during the worst part, but before and after pretty relaxed really. Like chilling with us in the living room.
Ugh, sry, can’t think of that much atm. Maybe later more cats.
MORE CAT! Tizio slept in my bed! And! I had my feet under him and it was super cuddly and warm and awesome and… <3

I tried being a responsible, grown up adult (ok, I confess, my dad came along and helped), storing out grown up stuff. So now I have some information’s, but I still feel useless and crap. Ok, not really, that bad. But since I’m no productive member of society, I feel pretty useless. Welp, maybe I get some stuff sorted. Maybe I can at some point live with my two boys on my own. I’d like that :)
Hurray to a new year and loads of options! \o/

Dad Tip #64 - Get whatever job you want, just make sure it has health insurance

Lengray

How are enjoying World End Ecomonica? It’s one of my favourite series.

ninglor03

Uh, gosh. Now I feel bad, bc I don’t really like it. It’s too much Kinetic Novel for me. I want choices! At least the illusion of choice :D
It’s tough for me to stay focused and read on. And honestly I still have no idea what this about. Stock market. Uh-uh.
But I want to like it. It’s just not… working out for me! cries

Lengray

No worries. I can understand why you don’t like it if you can’t wrap your head around the whole stock market thing.
Just move on if you’re not enjoying it.

ninglor03

But… it’s on my ABC and Batch! I’ll never get them done that way. I rly wish there was an ingame percentage to tell me how much I accomplished :D

Lengray

There are dots in the bottom right-hand corner to tell you how far in the game you are. They get filled in blue for each in-game day that passes. There are 10 dots in total so each roughly corresponds to 10% of the game (some days are shorter and some longer).
A question though: if you’re reading episode.02, it means you’ve read episode.01, haven’t you? Didn’t you like that one either?

ninglor03

THERE ARE? AAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! falls over
Thanks! I’ll test that!

Yep, read it. Yep, didn’t like it. But I got the second (and third) before I finished the first… so here we are. Game wants to be read. Stupid thing is, I might even read it, if it was a book, but since it’s a game and I have to click, click, click to go on, it doesn’t work out that well o.o

Lengray

It might be easier to use your keyboard or a controller to move on to the next page rather than your mouse. I’m reading the Fruit of Grisaia at the moment (about 45 hours in!) and it’s much easier this way.

ninglor03

Maybe I’ll try that :)
So Grisaia is also a Kinetic Novel?

Lengray

No. There’s the common route which is about 1/2 the length and then it branches out to focus on each of the 5 characters. Since there’s a good and a bad end for each, that’s 10 endings.

ninglor03

Oh, ok, that’s good. I was for a mom worried Grisaia might also be a KN and therefore not working for me :D
Happy reading ^^

I agree with you on the fireworks :( It’s not fair on very young children and animals. Not sure about where you are from, but they are illegal here. You need a license. The town usually does fireworks around 8 or 9pm on New Year’s Eve so that the children can enjoy it. Since it’s all professionally done, they are beautiful and always done in the backyard of a medieval castle ruin. Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos to hand. Haven’t bothered going in years myself. I usually go visiting out of town on New Year’s Eve and it’s become a sort of tradition for my family. :)

Don’t feel so bad. You’re not the only one living at home. =( Things will work out for you. Just keep applying for jobs and don’t lose hope. I was once out of work and it took several months to get work. It can be really frustrating though. One tip I gave to my sister when she was job seeking was to tell yourself that you don’t care whether you get it or not. It helps to stay calm in interviews. And yeah, health insurance would be good. Don’t be like me. XD.

Due to my back injury, I’ve had to move back in with my parents for the past 2 years because I’ve been declared medically unfit for work. I could feel really depressed about it, but I choose not to. I try to find the positives. :) I basically can’t do a lot, so going to work wouldn’t be possible for me, even though it’s a desk job. I can’t drive because my pain meds make me lose concentration and make me forget things. Obviously, I can do the basic things… but cleaning the house and stuff like that, I’m mostly unable to do because I start to get a lot of pain and have to sit. Only thankful that a side effect of my pain meds is weight loss instead of weight gain, so instead of becoming a fatty like I feared, I’ve lost 8lbs or so. I’m hoping my surgery happens within the next month. I didn’t have health insurance, so I’ve been waiting this long. Now going out of the country to get it done in a private hospital. I just have to get the approval for part-funding, so I can get a loan, and once that happens, the hospital will do the surgery within a few weeks. They told me that they can give me an appointment right away once I make the call that the approval has come through, so fingers crossed.

ninglor03

Sadly it’s not only stressful the animals at home but even more so for the wild ones. I can’t even imagine what kind of horror that has to be for them :(
But really, I am SO glad to hear, that you live in a country where fireworks are illegal! I wish we had the same! So far I always preferred England, but I guess now I have even more reason to love Ireland! <3

Well I’m certainly glad my dad is helping me out. Although he is stressing me out at the same time, bc he wants to talk about things and organize, plan stuff and every time he does that I just wanna run away screaming. Obv I don’t. Mainly because I have a scaredie cat :D

Aw no! I am so sorry to hear it! But happy to hear you managed to avoid becoming depressed over the whole thing. I mean, I just hat to deal with depression without ever having such a bad starting thing - ok, mental stuff is also a bad starter. Ugh. Yeah.
Well I wish you all the best for the surgery! I hope it’ll happen soon and you’ll recover quickly AND be painless after!
Keep me posted, would you? :)

Yeah on saying that, while no one bothers on New Years to break the law, can’t say the same for Halloween. All the chavs get their fireworks in Jonesborough on the run-up to Halloween, just across the border. From experience, it’s never really been the visual fireworks that frightened our dogs, it was the darn bangers. I’ll never understand the whole reason for setting off bangers just for noise. Those same chavs even threw bangers at us when we were kids and one time, a rocket just missed my leg, I could feel it whizzing past. They persecuted everyone living in the area though.

My parents sold their farm when dad retired because they didn’t want to live beside that as they grew older. The neighbours they have now know how to live peacefully with others. lol.

And I will do. Hoping to have the whole thing over and done with soon! :D

ninglor03

Halloween? Uh wow, we only have kiddos running around and begging for sweets on every door. Mostly. Some grown ups dress up and party, but mostly it’s only sweets for kids :]
And yeah, we have every year ppl injured because of fireworks and bangers. Blown up hands and shit -.-

Well, that sounds pleasant. Having nice neighbours makes a lot of difference :)

I’ll keep my fingers crossed :)

I used to love fireworks but having a dog has put me off them. They started really early where I am, we were still eating dinner. Thankfully they didn’t last as long as they often do, but my dog was torn between hiding in her bed and shaking by my feet.

ninglor03

Yeah, I know. Imagine Tizio. He didn’t even know where to hide anymore in the crucial 30 min. And I could do nothing but sit there and wait for everything to settle down. Meanwhile Ameno was anxiously sitting on the stairs and trying to keep an eye on everything. But since it’s mostly noise and not so much stuff to look at, he was jumpy as hell.
Also they tend to start a couple of days earlier… and it ends a few days later. Why would you spend so much money on blowing up things? Can we have a firework game and be done with it pls? :D
