Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning
Congratulations on all your assassinations and happy new year!! I still need to play Tales of Berseria… How was X-note? I remember playing it and not enjoying it very much, but I also barely remember the plot so it might warrant a re-play. What was your favorite game of 2022, and what’s your most anticipated game to play or come out in 2023?
Thank you, happy new year too! I definitely recommend Berseria, it has one of the most amazing stories in JRPGs I’ve ever played. For X-note, I don’t remember much since I played it years ago but it was pretty average. The story was good I think but nothing special as I recall, probably doesn’t worth to re-play.
I don’t exactly play games in their release years (because of backlog) but for 2022, surprisingly I can say it was 5 year old Faeria and I’ve been playing it since only November. It was in my library for 5 years and I “discovered” it while doing my long backlog run. Sadly it was pretty much below on the list, I wish I discovered it sooner. I love well designed card games and this one is great and fun to play. The player-base is small so that might be a drawback for new players but I enjoyed the singlesplayer content so far, and played a handful PvP.
Though if they release from early access this year, I’m looking forward to play Mashinky and Songs of Conquest.
For 2023, I don’t exactly plan the new releases and I was stocking my backlog in the last year since I was suspecting Valve might update recommended prices any time and some companies have already started to update their prices. I’m in Turkey so I’m one of the most affected users in the world, together with Argentinians. When the prices are fully updated, I feel like I probably won’t buy anything soon. Anyway, from what I gathered in the last year, I can say “They Are Billions” looks nice and I want to get lost in Rimworld too.
For my regular backlog, currently I’ll continue with Higurashi VNs. And since this month’s PAGYWOSG theme requires a lot of VNs, I guess I’ll also play some Sakura games this month. :)
You’ve almost beaten all your wins. Thats amazing
Thanks. I try not to win much. :P
Also, happy new year Cece! Writing this from 2023. :)
Everyone I’m talk to is from 2023! I’m still 2022 for 2 hours. Happy new year from the past
